snake.py now playable in browser!

- snake.py has been made playable in browser via pygbag

NOTES

The game does run slightly slower when played in browser (this is a common issue with pygbag), and the sound effects are quite glitchy at times (also a common pygbag issue). I have tried my best to mitigate these issues, but I still recommend downloading the game for the smoothest playing experience.
